I suddenly encountered this problem: the 3 circled buttons on the steering wheel no longer work or sometimes work with a long delay.
Any other button works as it should.

It is a 2018 BMW G30 with two retrofits: LCI taillights and 6WB cluster (if this is important to specify).

Does anyone have any ideas?

I met similar problem on G11. If you scroll button, there’s also should be missed entertainment/phone information on Cluster or Hud , that’s right?

Also, please check in HU NBT, service intervals they appears there, or empty? Also go to self diagnostics in HU , open door for example - and you should see information : door opened, or there’s empty?

Hello. Thank you for your replay. There s no other problem beside the ones already reported. How did you sorted out with your G11?

By the way, already reflashed hu-nbt2 but problems still there.

You are right, i've checked right now and everything is like you said, including service intervals

So I’m completely correct, that’s why I asked about few additional moments!

1) Check / Replace Blue Apix line cable between HU and 6WB , it can be faulty!
2) If Cable isn’t solve the issue, then 6WB cluster motherboard is faulty (that one where’s located Eeprom).

In my situation was board faulty , but i know one client who had cable faulty!
No Errors, nothing in ISTA, flash doesn’t solve anything!
Once you sort this up with one of those options, all appears! No coding and etc, i lost too much time on this problem myself to sort it out.
