You need OEM FSC from dealer to do it.

Hello, i have fsc from dealer, app id is 155, on mgu is 156. I changed typeschlussel to ece, flashed and coded MGU but on fsc list appid is still 156 and i can't upload 155 fsc, how to solve this?

Only paste you 155 to usb to folder FSC.
