Cant detect CAF for SWE.

Not sure blind is the correct word here. That file WON'T help you in any shape or form.

SGBM 000004b5-004_009_005 was NEVER used on F20. Only on F01/F10 families. Hence your problem. Now for the solution - there is NO USEFULL data provided WHATSOEVER. What was done to that car and how. Best guess is probably AMP was replaced to used one from a different chassis. HWEL was NOT PROVIDED but based on SWFL 000004b5-004_009_005 it should be 000002A0_004_002_000 or 000002A0_004_003_000. These HWELs are correct for F020 too. So, you JUST need to FLASH.
