Cause

If a replacement part (PN.: 7 933 362) for a Frontal Light Electronics control unit (PN.: 7 933 361) is ordered, this cannot be programmed using ISTA.



In this case ISTA requires the part number: 7 933 361



The problem can only occur with replacement parts which were not yet installed in the vehicle.
Solution

Order the part number: 7 933 361 (these are

commodity parts, which can be ordered via IDS ticket. Available as of CW 11/2019 approx.)



As of I level S18A-19-03-510, the problem is resolved and PN 7 933 362 can be programmed via ISTA again 7 933 358 or 7 933 362 can be programmed via ISTA again.
