The car does not start. I have written the old micro file first and then I have written the adapted eeprom.  but it doesn't start, please help me

You need to return back orig new ecu micro to new ecu and then write the adapted eeprom
that's what he mean by old micro
the new ecu must have the micro that comes in and not the your damaged ecu micro
