On my tools only tmpro recognise the file but module not activated
try with oem transpomder 4d70
as I remember xhorse chip not so reliable on some.models

Or try this bring xt27 chip generate to 4d60 generic and then program or edit yransponder
first key as Master :

Pg4 : 2375674757 and lock pg1 and pg2 and pg3

Also I did transpomder on my freinds tango
pg1 : 33 and lock it 
pg2: 49 and lock it 
pg3 : 732A5115 (15 instead of 00 last bit ) and lock it 
pg4 : 2375674757 and lock it

Reset the super chip and try with this new 1 bit change
hope will work with super chip
I tested data on super chip now
generate 4d60 and write the data
and locked them and on seed icon I press consul iit appear the same data as on tango read by handy baby

It seems toolmax not close the pg 4 use handybaby or other tool to close it
