Try to set your speed to minimum bevor read /write ecu if this not work so rework your pcb as Betrescudan say before. Only clones haves K-line problem and you can't solve it only with software.

You have a protocol problem! Format sd card from kess with fat32 and rewrite file on it!

IF YOU HAVE sd card content is no problem. Use a good SD card!
