My friend is also a manager in Audi workshop and it is interesting that tha last version they can get is FW770 (they do not have an option to buy official update 783 from Audi till today). So there is interesting thing going on how Audi distribute updates to the different markets. On the other forum I saw, that one member got update to FW814 in one Audi Worshop. Interesting

But about your message. Your message refers to the official activation from Audi (Audi do not give any informations for the nonofficial updates/hacks/activations on your car). So I think there is no problem with activation scripts in this thread, because there was no error reported form the members, but you must be carefull what are you doing (use good SD cards and going step by step with the updates and activation,...).

Question: Is it possible to downgrade to sw 770?

In theory yes, but you have to activate the MMI hidden menu (green) with VAGCOM, access it, and in the "MMI Settings" section enable "SWDL manual". But if I were you, I would wait, it seems a bit risky.

Is there anything new about sw 814? Can Audi Dealer to activate maps on sw 814? Think I'll wait will not risk killing MMI.
