XZBMW  BMW CIC to EVO, amp trigger wire
Hey guys

Can anyone provide me with more details on how to find the Hifi amp trigger wire? I want to tap it to the fuse.

The project is F30 2013 CIC to EVO retrofit everything works but the amp is not powering on and thus no sound.

Thanks.

RE: BMW CIC to EVO, amp trigger wire
Pin 13 of quadlock on both CIC and Evo is Radio On > Pin 10 of Amp but depends on which Amp and ASD or not

It’s a retrofit from CIC to EVO, PIN13 don’t work on EVO.
Must use KL15 or 30B for this.

I meant which wiring is the amp trigger wiring? I  need to splice the trigger wiring and jump it to the fuse box. Amp's Pin 5 should be 30B and pin 26 Ground?

Hello.

It's not clear what you are asking?
The person has already answered you.
It is necessary to bite off the RAD_ON wire from leg 13 on the connector of the Head Unit, and connect it to the wire of leg 15.
And you will be happy.

Based on the diagram, pin 5 on AMP get power from Terminal 30B. And the Radio signal-on should send 12V on pin 10 AMP.

This means two powers coming to the HIFI AMP. Is it a bipolar amplifier?
