Well, I have a problem with my F11, yesterday I updated my car with Insta+, but it gave me an error and my ZGW unit was left in transport mode, I tried to recover it with insta+ but it was not possible, I don't know how to remove the unit that way, I have tried everything, the only solution that I have seen that may be the appropriate one is with E-sys, I have seen in this forum and in others that I would have to load a flash file from the ZGW or remove it from transport mode by encoding any unit, I am I am very new to the subject since I received my machine yesterday and when I tried to update my car it broke. I have seen that information but it does not say how I have to do it since I do not know how to use my machine well, I would need someone to help me or tell me Where do I get the backup files of my zgw or how to get the zgw out of transport mode thank you very much everyone

Much text, little information again. What year is your F11, what interface have you used??? My guess is you used ENET and F11 is early. That combo automatically means crippled ZGW.
