Hi all, i wanted to write a file to my audi q7 2011, edc17cp44 but kess won't let me, it says file is corrupted, can someone help me

Use ktag... dont play on that ecu with clone kess.

What version of kess? 2.47? 2.80?

1. maybe you are using the wrong protocol (which one are you using?)
2. bad checksum

When recording, do you have a choice of 2 files or will you only be prompted for one?

If 2, then the first give the checksum without correction and the second the original file and let kess correct the checksum.
If only one, try uploading without correcting the checksum.

Or, as mentioned above, upload with ktag.
