reinstall the cable drivers

what operating system are you having the problem on?


try cleaning the system registry, e.g. Glary Utilities



if you are using windows 7 it may be a problem

system registry corruption



possibly windows 10


finally reinstall the system on windows 10 or whatever you prefer

Hi , pick an good sd card maximim 16 gb format in 32 bits put in Ktag or Kess copy attached update folter to kess / ktag diectory and execute will create an updated sd card and working very well tested by me .
