Hi friends i have a problem with a class c220, the key is stuck in the lock, all the fuses and relays have been checked.

The CAN connectors are ok, i get 60 ohm between obd2 pins 6/14, try with an ELV emulator on the table and in the car but still remains blocked.

I bought an EZS drive to try to clone it but I'm having compatibility issues.

The original is: 209 545 1908 4L40K mask

The donor is: 209 545 0908 1l85D mask

I was able to read both Flash and Eeprom but i can't write data from the original EZS to the donor, I get a different mask error.

Could a friend please help me to make it compatible if possible ?

I am ready to pay the gesture, thank you and respect.

Just write the eep in the donor.
do not touch the flash. its all.

and for the mask problem:
first load the file and then select the correct maskset and then write.

Thank you for the service, I choose the correct mask to write the eeprom but the programmer does not accept, it indicates a mask not compatible for the 1L85D

The problems continue with this W203, i searched with DAS on the EZS computer to try to find a solution, i accidentally blocked the only key, the centralization no longer works, the trunk does not open, DAS indicates the key 1 blocked. 


Couldn't read ELV by OBD2, before crash i could read. If a colleague has a solution to help me please ?

You can make new key on another position or with proper tools :
Read FBS data with PASS from ori EZS and save
Read coding from ori EZS and save
-Read spare EZS and virgin
-Write ori FBS and adapt
-Write ori coding
-Activate EZS

I read the EZS and realize that the eeprom contains the correct information. 

   

Then i found the same EZS box with the same references and the same PCB, i write the eeprom dump from the old to the new, is ok but it will not write the flash, error towards the address 0x1B7BF. 

When the original and donor flash are compared i can see in the original flash "FFFFF..." and in the donor "A7A7A7..." i would share the 2 flashes to be clearer. 

I tried the donor EZS with the eeprom from the original the key does not turn Of course i also tried to connect the donor EZS with the SQU emulator ELV module (julie) but the donor key does not work, I think the module does not work well. 

I'm sharing the screenshots to ask for your help please.
