You can't VO code whole BDC because there are too many hardware changes. To do this correctly you need to edit fdl. All I can suggest is that you need to edit two cafds. I don't know what you did that you don't have lights at all. Do you still have communication with BDC?

I was able to get lights back after coding bdc back to North America, lights work, sorry I was not clear.

This is compared file from G01,one is USA,second is after code ECE,find all NSL and change

so i tried changing a bunch and got it to work essentially but the outer tail light indicator is not working.

1. you need to code BDC
2. you need to route two wires for the outer indicators from BDC.
3. you need to switch pins in outer tail light connector.
also if you didn't change your tail lights to European, you will not have the fog lights working.

so i got the rear fogs working perfectly without any wiring

the only issue is now the outer tail light indicator does not work
