Can anyone confirm such a message in Ista Aos?

retrieved. The displayed data is not unique. The connection to
the backend service is currently not possible.

I was using US version of ISTA AOS. Whenever I use ISTA, there are some yellow triangles with ! marks inside of them on the "Vehicle details" page. Usually have those warnings on "Engine number", "Transmission number", "Type approval no.:", and "Production date". I'm guessing that's what you are seeing. But I had no problem updating I-level at all.
