problem 2500rpm at 2bar pressure drops to 1.5bar sad

You should jump to cp3 pump from atleast 220cdi om646 to keep up, cp1 is weak.. Ill check your file now

Remap is bad
Also you are using stock map sensor 1.5 bar, how do u want to do 2 bar this way???
Tuning is not modifying all duration map
Car will run better with duration map stock
Also turbo maps, thats not the way to increase boost
Why ask 166mm3 in smoke limiter map?
Also rail pressure wiil not increase power, the way this was done car will not go into limp mode because others maps are limiting to 1350 bar

Anyway, I have done plenty of these cars, better to fit bigger rail sensor (1800 or 2000 bar) and bigger map sensor (3 or 4 bar)

Sorry that was not my point, I just write something that needs correction to improve car
However I will not do file just like that, I worked a lot to learn chiptuning and have a lot of experience in some diesel ecu, many hours lost, tuning is my job
I also do tuning free of charge sometime but mostly to people that help me too because im not expert at all ECU and all functions !!!

However if need some help I can always advise

About C270 170hp pump
I have done 1500 bar and 100mm3+ on CP1 C270 pump

Best pump for that car should be C30 pump CP3 R110
