Hello!

I have attempted to change cluster from 6WA to 6WB, but something is wrong and i still get red dot with fault code for VIN Incorrect.

35160wt

First file with old VIN, new file virgin.
ORI KM in FILE: 38k km
ORI KM in CAR: 68k km

First RAR:
Original cluster data
Virgin VIN in original file

Second RAR after coding:
New cluster data after coding
New VIN Virgin data (as i think it should be?)

When code to car VIN is changed in file to new, but doesnt change mileage in file, cluster shows cars mileage.

I have checked couple of times if something is wrong, but can't find it at all.
Anyone had this issue and can see something wrong in the file?

Coding is correct, 6WB is correct in FA, and this is not the issue.

you have another eeprom memory 95320
have you delete vin from that?

AFAIK that info for 95320 is being rewritten while coding the car, there is no need to delete VIN inside it at allt.

Never done it before, and done alot retrofits on BMWs.

if is like you say then read it and see what vin is in inside now after coding

it is complete virgin from 6wb f30 new cluster
just write this and do coding
write me after that
