530d 218hp (about 3 ears ago when the car was tested on dyno - with the software from factory, it have 228hp)
automatic gearbox
no dpf
no swirlflaps

Car makes smoke black, and some white smoke after idle in traffic.

I want to make a last attempt,

differential pressure off
lambda off
catalyzer off.

- any other ideas?
-and what to disconnect from car

correction for injector is near +- 0.7
injectors are checked.

-pressure at idle around 300-310bar
-air around 59-60kg/h -in inpa

consumption for approx. 100k km its about 10.38l/100

I drive around 30-50km in city, medium speed 18-20km/h
and outside every weak 200-250 and medium speed 60-70km/h

I don’t have road for speed.

Disabling the sensors makes no sense. Black smoke indicates a mixture that is too rich, check the charge-air system for leaks, injector quantity correction is not always meaningful, it is better to check the return quantity or have it checked by Bosch. KGE should also be checked and, if necessary, check the internal engine pressure. I would also flash Ori software and then test everything.

-injectors was retested on bench, and was in parameters, checked 2 times already.

- and injectors that it’s in the car it chose from 2 sets of injectors (12*2 = 24 test on bench to verify injectors)
-compression 2 years ago when I checked was from 23 to 24 bar for cylinder.
-turbo chra replaced 2 times.

- I replaced gearbox
- maf
- map
- engine (this its the second in this car.)
- lambda
- both temperature sensors.
ecu cas
- only errors for engine its glow relay that appear recently.

And if I flash ori back to car, ecu start to regenerate dpf - a dpf that it’s not there.

So, if you have a different advice, I wait for it.

KGE - I was testing vortex filter, then I am back to classic version.

the big consumption it’s a problem from beginning with this car.

- ista say that its ok the ressult for air mass test.

- torbo loose some oil (chra its not original its aftermarket)

- lambda value in bimmer link - its from 3 to 32 value

- the main question - how can be this possible, on dyno testing the car to have moore hp than its suppose to have from factory? and this with original flash on ecu?

Dyno test was made by a reputable tuner in my country.

What to choose in testo?

To many parameters – give slow data read.
