Hi,
does anyone have the tool to reset the PIN, etc.?
I bought a used unit but unfortunately didn't get the PIN with it.
Or is it possible to read it out—perhaps from the EEPROM or something similar?

Hi Medusa,
try the origin PIN 0109. As far as I know, it can't be changed. The PIN was the same on all the Eltec devices I've used.

Otherwise, just try reinstalling the firmware.

i have try 0109, but no success.
It's a DBL 1200-14 B

can i use a regular usb-rs232 converter for update? or is the software not compatible?

i have try different PINS,
like 0123, 1111, 1234, 2345, 2222, 3333, 3456, 4444, 4567, 5555, 5678, 6666, 6789, 7777, 8888,9999, 0000, 0109, and some other codes....

and flashing is not possible...
