Depends, if you want it remotely or locally.
Locally BMW Explorer works fine. AutoHex as well. Remotely, there was ESYS | BimmerFiks AS | Instagram | |

ACDP Works with E series and F series, reset ISN and make clone. Autel IM series also works very well.
