Hi, car was updating in bmw service and instrument cluster died, it's bricked, no response. In ISTA D it's red marked, no communication.
I think the orginal eeprom was damaged. Do you have any other ideas? |

Yes we tried with ESYS and there wasnt communication with instrument cluster so we try to read eeprom with xprog and we were able to read two chips but we are not sure if they are correct. Instrument cluster connected without the car on the table to pin 1/2 (+12V) and 7/8 (ground) are dead, no reaction.

probably too late for the OP but maybe useful for someone else - both dumps of 95320 and 160D0WT from i8 6WB instrument cluster...
