FA can't be downloaded from the AOS portal, so very good guys create them.
I understand your question, for me it does nothing, maybe not in this case.
But in many other cases, FA in bike writed in BMSMP (bike of that VIN has this one),
if he damaged original FA on original BMSMP it's easy to rebuild it with esys, for example like in the other cases he changed BMSMP, without correct checksum he can't change the VIN on bench, so if it has how to get the right checksum it will know how to get FA. 
Some people had three different pieces and wanted to start engine (Keyfob, X-SLZ, BMSMP)
