I have problem with F48 led headlight module:
  - Hwel on module label and e-sys display is different.
  - Realoem said this module is common for F48 and Mini Cooper.
  - Can't Vo Code with FA F48 (Tried with many FA with 5A2/5A4 wiht date difference).
  - Can Vo Code with FA Mini Cooper.
  - Used 2 Modules but the result is same.
- Flashed but no results
Any comments are highly appreciated.

Compared cafd and found the difference. There are about 200 lines of fdl that are different. But some fdl related to mapping, after editing fdl you can't code.

It is, however, FLE HIGH. ESys wants you to have FLE MID. So it's clearly options/type code/factory level issue. Either provide ANY useful information on what you are doing or figure it out yourself. It's just too many combos to list them ALL here.

So why esys wants to change HWEL to number like is in the left headlight?

Because according to type code/options/factory level combination there should be different hardware.

Now OP did not state whether he replaced left or right. So we DON'T know whether HWEL does not match on replaced or remaining module. Everything else follows from that. IMHO most probably he put new HIGH while car needs MID because else I would expect ESys complain on BOTH FLEs.

Here is the svt with both headlights having problem. Can you help me to build FA to be svt with hwel(fle) compatible?

Speaking about FLE only from your SVT.

For some reason HWEL, SWFL, BTLD are for FLE MID, but CAFDs are for FLE HIGH. So you need fix that. One of matching CAFDs for MID is 180B_008_080_000.

Now from the first post I looked at HWEL 21D8 (because it was black on another light) and wrote that that is factory on F48. 1808 was NOT. So to get anywhere you will need to use FA from F54/F55/F56 or maybe some other.

As an example you could use type code JZ11 (or XU11/XU13 if you want MINI cooper), factory level 17-11-5xx and either of options 5A2 or 5A4.

It would REALLY help if you would give at least some info what factory level of your car is, what VIN (or at least type code) of it is. Maybe better match could be found.
