As the fault says - wrong coding. ACSM measures resistances to be present/not present where they should not/be according to coding. Now why that is wrong its totally different question. Was this ACSM replaced or "fixed" in any way?

VO coded or FDL coded? Usually you get such faults when FDL coding and disabling just part of options (which does not make sense to ACSM).
