e60 cruise control system works with this modules: szl, kombi, dsc, dde/dme. All this modules have to be flashed with the right software and the correct coding. This is a bad tune imho.

helo, i am sorry for late reply, did not see the feedback.
i tried a lot of variant of software for my car.
and with other variant of tuned softwre cruise its working good without any coding.

- and even the the most expensive paid - people say its not so good.

- for me its important to not have smoke, and consume less.

There is only one correct software for each ecu of your car and it's defined into kmmdata. That file that you posted is for NC71|NJ71;205&-169&-843;0509350,0403400-0509450,0403500-0506510. This means typekey nc71 or nj71, with optional 205 automatic gearbox (and without 169 eu3 emission and 843 power reduction) and for those i-step shipment. Trying various software is useless and upgrading with winkfp is not a solution because winkfp doesn't use kmmdata neither SA options or i step shipment so it maybe flash an incorrect sw. Nfs is the only sw that give a correct flash infact it uses kmmdata, sa options and i step shipment, same as ista p but a lot faster, supports also parallel programming with a max of 3 channels.

So, i suppose that the software that you posted is ok for your car, and i give you this mod to try, BUT if there are problems with high consumption, then flash ori file. If higher consumption stills there also with ori, the problem is in the engine, maybe removed intake flaps or injectors that needs a recondition.

The file is with ori dtc so tell me what dtc you want deactivate

The car have this engine from other car - 530d from UK - write well driver.
Engine was changed in pair with dde and ews.

To Many flash already and recovery attempts back to ori and flash mod (user field it's full now).

Car don't have swirl flaps and dpf filter. 
Catalyser filter it's there. (Car it's from 2005 and dpf and catalyser are in different place)

Car have electronic turbo actuator.
Cr90984 it's vin number.

And now car have the gearbox from 530d 231hp (second handw gear it's lottery, so I buy last time this version.)

What sensor can influence Moore consumption lambda or differential pressure ?

ori file is ok for your car, it's also listed for NC72|NJ72;205&-169;0509350,0403400-0509450,0403500-0506510

try the mod and after that we can talk about it, differential pressure sensor can't cause an higher consumption if dpf off is ok, so try the mod and tell me what dtc you want deactivate

People seem to be happy with bad tunes running for years because they dont understand

the guy who tuned this, has touched the speed parameters of cruise control instead of speed limiter, also i don't understand why he modified the break point in turbo maps... suppressed a lot of dtcs and all is totally illogical, higher rail pressure in mid range and reducing at high range, injection time with reverse increment and all incremented, no logic in torque limiters... i don't like this tune as i wrote above.
