If you have the next one, then this is normal and it will work in 10 seconds. If it does not start after 10 seconds, then you need to look.
If all the LEDs are red, this means that the mega16 is not working. First of all, check the power 3.3v and then the generation of quartz. In the worst case, the mega16 is faulty and can only be replaced from a donor |

Hey ferrum i'm reworking my icom bought years ago on ali, i have changed r119 with 1k and now 256mb ok, changed y4 to 30 mhz, added r15, and now i have to check all other components, i have a question, i have measuered a 52ohm resistor and it shows 50.8 ohm at the multimeter, once soldered on the board shows 25.6 ohm that's normal?

Probably you have another 50ohm resistor mounted there in parallel. If yes then your measured resisance of 25 ohm would be correct because two 50 ohm resistor in parallel would give 25ohm Only BMW services:

I do not understand the meaning of these measurements! There are rules and if you measure current as voltage, the same result will be.
The is currently being sold with a lot more errors and what is written is not enough for normal operation. The photo shows 32MB chips and fixing the error will not increase the memory without replacing all 4 chips. On this board, in addition, you need to remove the flashes and fill them with firmware on the programmer |

Currently sold icom next have received new errors or are these attempts to stabilize work with existing errors.
R26 100k is installed, it needs to be replaced with zero. You can use R195 |
