I need help in solving the problem with the Elec.suspension controller

I also disconnected the power supply and nothing helped, restored the old firmware and also with no result

after updating the firmware via ODIS E does not work properly

I transferred the encoding via VCDS - it was accepted but the problem persists

You may need ODIS-S for this.

Also, read TPI before flashing any module to know exact steps to take during and after fw update.

Startup ODIS S and make guided error search (GFF). Odis S will tell you what to do and assist you. Start with the incomplete programming error, second one will be gone after that and without removing the incomplete programming error, you will fail adjustment of adaption.

Be careful when you flash with odis-e. For B8 model it is still in the most cases only a flash file. On B9 model most ecus also need parametrization data after flash and those you only get when flashing online over svm with svm code from tsb, have vcp diagnostic system or somehow a fitting xml file (EU,US/NAR,optional extras or functions on car). Something different than coding or adjust adaption channels. A missing parametrization could also bring the error incomplete factory programming, and somehow you are unlucky

For this one you need parametrization as stated in tsb.

Try SVM Code 14A001 if it completes the Update for you, when not, try XCHG14A001 and pray that it works.

I managed to do it in another way - through VCDS


default values must have already been saved in the controller


it was enough to adopt the VIN number and the driver started and was accepted


instruction:

For everyone with error 00149 - End of Line Programming not Completed, I have found a way to finally clear it. You will have this error if you bought a used unit (replaced) or flashed yours to newer version.

To fix this you need to save your VIN in adaptation channel 30 by saving value 1
Address 14: Susp. Elect. (J250), Login: 06865 Adaptation channell 30 save 1.

in some cases you need to turn the key twice or if it does not work, disconnect the power from the electronic fuse 35 and the error has disappeared

You can also set the basic setting needed to raise the car so that the wheels are suspended and the sensors read values,
Address 14: Susp. Elect. (J250) Login: 31564, Basic Settings: Channel: 1 On/Off.

alternatively, use the ODIS SERVICE and there it will calibrate step by step and what needs to be done
