HI THERE IS THERE ANY POSIBILITY TO CHANGE MILEAGE FROM 259115 TO 488500

ON A FORD FOCUS 2002 DASHBOARD WITH MC68HC11E9 4E28B NYO 4 DONT WORK
PLEASE ANY GOOD SOLUTION BECAUSE I HAVE HAD THE ALL DAY KEEP TRYING AND SHOWS ME ERROR.
THE PROBLEM IS I HAVE TO SOLDER AND RESOLDER I HAVE RESOLDERED TOO MANY TIMES AND I DONT WANT TO BRAKE THE BOARD
