PSA interface problem
Hi i have psa interface, i instal diagbox 7.02, when i conect interface doesn't know the vin of car ,error comunication
please help me |

Is your interface "C" version or "B" version?

I have an interface with the same problem but i can use this for diagnostic. Only read VIN don't works. |

The chassis numbers are often unable to read and must be entered manually prior to 2001. Question: Does the DB otherwise perfect, when the data is entered manually? Greeting CIT Rotti |

Thanks for answer. The VCI works perfect if i put the VIN myself. The only problem with this VCI is the NOT read of the VIN. I have tryed on many cars. Allways the same problem. No software problem because other VCI can read the VIN. The VIN is in the BSI. I can communicate with BSI when i put the VIN. Do you have any advice to repair this problem?
[/quote] Hello, Unfortunately no advice. It probably helps only another (new) VCI. Has dasVCI still under warranty - then exchange. If not - continue to work with it and enter VIN manually. Gruss CIT Rotti |
