I had same error with 1B but also with DE, i try with any codes and in my case not possible generate.
In this version in .rar you not include Tools folder.

also i try unpack new version and overwrite old version. for retain tools folder but same error.

Previous version work fine for me.

This is weird but if I generate the code for maps europe next 2016-2 via the wrapper, I get the same result as via command line with nbt.exe => this is ok

But if I try to do the same for europe next 2017-1 I get a different result via command line than via the wrapper...

Any explanations for this?

Yes. You will get incorrect code if you include Short VIN in cmd.

Lifetime does work. It does have time limit, I believe, but not sure if you will reach end of life requiring a new code.

VIN7 needs to be uppercase.
