You have full instructions to install tool, just read and follow instructions...however certificates included are quite old so...good luck!

Here is a "how to" for FSTool with CIC (SVS SA620) but it's in german, you are able to translate with google, maybe.

now I'm confused
read article and says:

Data Required:

- The vehicle identification number (VIN) of the corresponding vehicle
- An unlock code (FSC) for matching VIN and the function to be released

Note: The FSC must be applied with an indication of freizuschaltender function (SVS CIC) and VIN time (at least 24 hours before activation) by email at [email protected]

this method should activate SVS without FSC code, so why this code is needed ???
