I get this error when I try to connect to the car:

This note just says that before you get the FSC code from BWM you have to send them the SVS CIC and the VIN of the car 24 hours before the actual coding.
You know.... fstool2 is a workshop programm outside of the standard ISID system. For FSC other than map update codes you have to order them at a special department at BMW and you don't get them immediately like with map update codes.
The special department takes the SVS CIC and your VIN, generates the FSC and adds it to the ISID system for your VIN only.
Then when you are at the BMW workshop your car gets connected with ICOM A/B to the BMW coding system and by identifying your VIN the system already knows which FSC it has to import if you use this functionality.

At least that's what i was explained by some BMW guys at my local dealer.

Yes but FSC for SVS cost a lot of money
so I still don't know does this method aloud to free activate $620???

Thanks, that solved my problem.
Now it's working like a charm and I have updated maps to West 2015-2 in my CIC activated with the script.

Somehow I still can´t get a connection (Windows8 with Icom), or does it only work on older windows versions?

Put your Java JRE folder to C:\j2re1.4.2_05 or something
