Do not waste your time trying to install under XP ,install under W7 32-bit using XP SP 3 compatibility mode.After you finish installation,use program in same compatibility mode XP SP3 and do not care about that message you get after program is started,nothing bad is happen to your sonde,if you use one.

If installed well ...should work in windows 7 32bit both alliance VI and RTL2002

I have both and updated firmware no problem and works like a charm with both tools.

Hi guys. I confirm it runs Windows 7 32-Bit.

You just right click on the icon and put in windows XP SP3 compatibility mode.

still it works even on XP SP3,my case,I have two Dell D830 almost twins(little HW differences,one have BT and processor little performance),and in both have XP SP3.So,in that with better performance I was able to update from v146 to v148 and yesterday to v149,but in other with less performance no way headbang,was need to install under W7 32-bit. Do not ask me why , cause I'm not able to say something think , cause I not found the reason for this.In both cases I did try to update from v146.Now I have one laptop with XP and program updated from v146 till 149 and one with W7 32-bit with v149 , updated from v148. + I know other member who have two laptops , and in both he have XP SP 3 and he was able to update from v146 to v148 and now to v149 chatterbox
I use same XP SP3 install kit,and same additional programs installed in both,in case somebody is curious thinking

change the account type to standard user account, it will fix the problem.

you are suppose to install clip from admin account but run it from a standard user account.
