Hi everyone, 
I am currently trying to correct 3 NBT EVO headunit nav issues. I purchased them as used headunits through local scrap yards/ebay to retrofit in to my cars. Upon trying to get OEM repair codes from BMW I got some interesting information about all 3 units. 

I have
1x NBT EVO 4.1 black top ID6 which was retrofitted in an early F30 that had CIC/NBT
1X NBT EVO 2.3 ID4 ECE which someone has converted to ID6 with North American maps. Also has the nav antenna connector on the back. Work was done by bimmerretrofit as it came with an adapter for an E70
1x NBT EVO 2.3 ID4 which unfortunately was also retrofitted in to a 2 series 

4.1:
I obtained the OEM repair codes from BMW and found to my surprise a PDF file attached to the vin the headunit gave me. So, the unit was VIN swapped at one point. I connected the unit to FEMTOEVO and found that all FSC codes but the 121 code was rejected. If I am not mistaken, the 121 FSC is for nav. I've tried using Esys in order to delete persistency, but when it gets to the SWT part, states the unit is out of range. Which from my understanding means the headunit is above 07-19 software level. 
Would someone be able to get me some pointers in getting the unit up and running properly again? 

2.3 ECE: 
I have the OEM repair codes for this unit from BMW, unfortunately the FSC nav code I have for this unit comes up as 122 in the repair codes. Using FEMTOEVO, they are showing all codes accepted except for 121- unavailable and NOT 122. When I use FEMTOEVO to inject the 122 FSC, it states incorrect FSC. Being this unit was converted to ID6, I believe that is where the issue lies.
Because non of the codes are rejected on this unit, how or who would be able to convert these codes for me? 

2.3:
This unit again was most likely a retrofit in to a 2 series as the BMW enable repair pack comes up with a PDF file for the nav. When I check this unit with FEMTOEVO, it has all codes accepted except for the 122FSC. Unfortunately, in this unit the 122FSC is rejected. 

I have searched several videos and tutorials with no luck.
