Ferrari 360 Modena - Immo box + Interface
Hey guys,

I work mainly on BMW's so its a learning curve with this for me. So, i have a 360 Modena that was a bit under water the immo box and interface actually look good but the car is not reacting to locking / unlocking via remote.

I measured all the + inputs to the module which are live, the alarm LED is live, locking unlocking via button from the inside works its just that the remote on the car is not working. Since you cant lock/unlock car via remote, the immo will not unlock "itself" and you cant start the car. The car is revving but wont start (immo is not enabling spark/injectors).

I could probably post ECU dumps for immo off but this way i still didnt solve the problem of remote locking/unlocking so that's a no go. I suspect the immo box has lost sync to the remote or the immo is not working as it should. Since i dont have enought experience with Italians, some guys here will probably know much more then i do.

Ferrari's (and some other cars i suspect since this is Bosch) come with a PIN code that enables you to add new remote's to your car. Car comes from the factory with a RED remote which is the master remote fob (with PIN) and the black one's are just remotes with ID and rolling code. SInce this car was bought used with 1 fob and key it has none of this.

The immo consist's of 2 boxes -- IMMOBILIZER and the other box is IMMO INTERFACE. I cant really pinpoint what one does and what the other. Since Immobilizer has the antena sticking out i suspect the immo is the reciever (also it has relays for central locking etc) and the interface is connected to the car via 6 pin connector i suspect that is just for interfacing the immo with the car / kline?

So in the first scenario i could;
1 - Read both of them and just buy used ones on e-bay and clone it to the used ones - that way i can be sure there is no HW fault for not working
2 - Anyone can get me the PIN code out of the dumps? Since i can also then be sure to add new remotes to the immo and be sure its not a fob problem (the fob was working previously)

Does anyone have any experience reading this? I cant seem to find anything on this immo.

Immo Interface box is equipped with;
Motorola SC441390CFN
F005V11065
Mask 0F10V
QMZAF0322

The immo box is equipped with;
Motorola SC511943CFN
F005V11063
Mask 0D60J
QMZAH0345

I have Xprog (clone) which i can use for reading this but cant seem to find any wiring diagrams where to solder my points. Any advice? Attaching pics of the circuits.

Not sure if outside images are allowed so i made a MEGA link also. No pass.

Thanks for all the help.

Did so. But honestly i'm waiting for someone more skilled with immo's to pitch in their 5c.

The problem is that xprog does not have an in circuit schematics like it does for BMW CAS, ... And i dont want to try on my own playing around so i can put a RIP tag on it in the end biggrin

I think i will just place it in the adapter and read it. The problem is as i stated in my first post i dont understand what the difference is between the immo and immo interface box and i like undrstanding stuff before messing with it. Im not at all experienced with Italian cars except for driving them around sometimes.
