There is no x64 msi. You can extract the msi 1.4.8 driver and install it manually. You also need a registry hack similar to Toyota x64 hack. I have X-horse original working for hds 3.015.020 and x64 vista all functions working same as windows XP. Good luck. I cannot post more info only advise.
Note:
To extract driver use dos command and run as administrator. Example Command: msiexec /a "c:\xhorse1.4.8.msi" /qb TARGETDIR=c:\xhorse driver
