i downloaded and installed it from here,but it gives such an error,i didn't download the programming files, I just downloaded the client file.

Please make sure your ISTA configuration is valid.
In doubt reset any non standard ISTA configuration and reinstall ISTA.''

First: you MUST install "programming" files. In reality these are more like BLP, not SDP. RTFM!!!

Second: you MUST start ISTA from AOS page, not by launching exe directly.

Both of these will cause the fault you are getting.

Yes, but if the ONLY issue is that you have not paid, the message would be something about unpaid time slot, not general failed to start.

If im not mistaken i got this message a few times when i did not have a valid ticket. Dont know any more. Rarely use it honestly. Sometimes for component protection activation, everything else e-sys.

I have used AOS (earlier OSS) allmost 10 years, and I have used mysterious things all the time.
Eg. the helpdesk is the same for AOS and dealers and sometimes they even don't understand what is AOS...

It WAS like that. But for a year or two now they allow you to test installation without a valid ticket, so you get a different message!

after correct installation Client and psdzdata just login again to AOS and use button start.
IF you ordered ticket ista will start
