How to run dcan? I have Ediabas patched, VCI Config => ediabas.ini
still does not work with dcan...

did you set your D-CAN in device manager on port 9 and latency 1 ?

but have same problem
no possible selecting menù Basic features
with version 3.48.3 any problem...

You guys must be doing something wrong... just like E46-Cabrio, my Basic Features seem to be working just fine (see screenshots below)

I want to say reinstall Ista-D again but before that I would suggest you check your SQLiteDBs folder. You might be missing a few files? For every language you use, you should have two files (screenshot)
Also make sure you are running Ista-D as administrator
and making sure everything (Windows, etc...) is up to date, never hurts.
