Check the lower intercooler pipe, they have a tendancy for collapsing and contaminating with oil

RE: 307 1.6 HDI dpf removed and remapped but there are alot of smoke
So the car revs past 3000rpm when on the move / doesnt smoke when driving?

this all happens ONLY when stationary?

With your original file you got same smoke an rev. limit?
Try this modification, and be sure to turn off the FAP in the BSI with pp2000 or Diagbox.

Only solution I know are disable by pp2000 or diagbox on BSI, mod ECU and remove filter.

This is the only solution... i dont know eighter other tool to cancel DPF and aditive from BSI ....

It could be some injector codes problem aswell ? did you check them ?

Hello.
He is starting the fault through the roof.
first you need to read the DTC.
You need lexia.
You have to configure the vehicle without fap in the BSI, and
also you can set injectors and other parameters
the engine ecu and bsi.
Sorry for my English.
Good luck.
