car does not start with the original file.

Also the airbag module prevents the fuel pomp to work if a crash in the module

digital inertia switche handled by the bcm of the car.

fuel pomp does not kick in when i put the ignition on.

Fuel pomp work when i give 12v on the relay..so fuel pomp is oke.

let me tell the whole story

client calls me after he get hit by another car (rear right side)

airbags are deployed on the right side.

when i did arrive @ the car turn signals stay on...i did the trick with turn signal

right blinker on, left blinker on => System Reset Procedure

the turn signal when off..but still no fuel pomp noise when in turn ignition on...

then with the autel diagnose tool i did find inertia reset...i did that (1clic) and the fuel pomp starts working...did try to start but battery was almost dead...

so i did say to the client charge battery after that car will start...client did charge batt but car did not start and fuel pomp does not work.

so car is in my shop now

and i did try to delete crash in mini eeprom with no succes.

Im not expert of Airbag Modules, but maybe the problem is that the Airbag ECU has CRC (Checksum) check ?
and with wrong CRC its dont allow to start the engine ECU !

hello,

after a long search the client admits that he did short circuit the battery of the car when i try to change the battery with the ignition on.

So problem is not the airbag guys but the bcm eeprom is corrupt (no vin in bcm)

the airbag problem is solved so now new toppic for the BCM
