Hello all,

Have a land rover 2005, that was made by BMW, so it has EWS3 and ME7.2 Immo system

Battery was discharged and car cranck but doesnt start,
Read DME and EWS, found ISN, but want to be 100% thats is OK

For me seems that is at ews is not in the same order, its inverted

ISN at DME 15 B4
ISN at EWS B4 15

Just a simple question, but also a stupid one... if I change EWS ISN is there a chks?

Here is your fixed file
Your file was bricked and i correct other bytes and isn.
About your question - no need checksum when change isn bytes

U are try sync whit 10.08v . 


next time try this in tool32 
in me7.2
-steuren sync mode / argument 1

-try other options wechselcode sync dme in EWS3.prg after, steuren sync mode / argument 1

after that turn ignition off and wait 30sec then car start
