Hello, I haven't done this procedure with seats myself yet, but it looks like you need to perform an adaptation (initialization) for seat motors - so the system knows the end points of travel.

Basically, to reach the MAX/MIN position in each direction of travel, so these values are memorized again.
It is either a command inside VCDS adaptation menu for this module, or is performed manually by moving seat to each direction of travel and holding the button for a few seconds.

Window motor regulators also often require initialization after flashing a corresponding control unit.

Start up Odis S and make diagnostic with guided errorsearch (GFF). Odis S will find itself the solution and move the seats in every direction, or it guides you to do it. pupu144‘s answer is right.
