Hi, friends I'm having a problem with communication and resetting crash data from MVBM (mild hybrid battery), I am using for this SmartOBD by Carprotool and have not had success. Maybe someone can help or has had this problem before? Or maybe someone has another solution.

powers the 12v interface.
If it doesn't work, feed the module and the interface with separate 12v.
connect the interface only with the CAN line.

Hi, thank you for your answer, I tried to like you said, and many different variants, and at all times the same situation no communication but in the car I can scan this module. Maybe somebody knows how to connect directly to MCU on board?

I try to research but didn't find any working solution for the Volvo XC90 2023 MVBM. I did reload SW for battery by VIDA and still have the same code.  So in this case I order a new battery from the dealer.

I use uhds smok, ast can diagcar, xtool, no device does this, I wouldn't ask if it did, I've made a few of them, uhds or others, I don't want this, that's why I need the file from the processor

CG100X do it! All was fixed with CG100X. Problem solved!
