Just wanted to share my experience with VNCI 6154A as I could not find it on the forum if anyone has succesfully tested. It may help someone waiting to get a genuine one in the meantime.

I can confirm it works with ODIS 11 running original drivers without any modifications to drivers. Tested with Justdiag launcher, thanks for providing the license.

Seems to work fast without any disconnections and displays the voltage, auto scan took less than one minute to complete.

Havent tried flashing any modules yet

Can you try a few flash sessions and see if online GEKO access is OK?

probably OK until next release of odis.... This company are thieves... All we remember the yellow tool, they left the project after they sold a lot even they promissed for update.

I am just installing OE 16 once finished I will try and flash some ecus and will let you know how I get on. I havent tried to use GEKO access yet but will let you know when I do

Yes it will be interesting. It may work as it is using original drivers of vas 6154a and not emulated ones. They may invest more in this tool as there 20usd yearly subscription as well for this tool not sure if you have to pay to be able to use it after a year or is it only for firmware updates

Yes there is option to change serial number in VNCI firmware update tool

Don't know a real serial number from a original VAS 6154, but can you put more then the six digits for serial number?
So we can use a real serial and they can not block it.

Just checked you can use up to 7 digits for serial number so yes you can use one from a genuine vas 6154

Hello, thank you very much for your information sharing, it was a very successful sharing. There are 2 issues that come to my mind.
 1. Does it provide connection to 2023 model 2022 model vehicles?   
 2. if I download the Post Setup file of Odis Service 11 Version in 7.2.1 Version, will I have any problems? What operations can I do? Or are there any transactions that I cannot do? can you help me about this issue?
