i see a video of a guy who whange in very easy wayhe vin of the module like from 2nd hand.

i try to look to get this BMW Explorer here but i get confuse,  is a software i can run with an icom next or like something else ?

bmw explorer is own software which cost from 2k to 12k euro depending on modules you have bought. i assume you have google and can find a little more about it.
tools like bmw explorer, autohex2 are quite good tools, but you need everyday ussage of those tools, as it is quite expensive
