NBT EVO hdd damaged i  changed it with new one same capacity and same size all the same now Bluetooth and map , USB nothing work 
that should i do to make the unit work as normal with that hdd

just format it and connect to unit

You need prepare the HDD via ssh with the create_hdd.sh script.
And you need the same hdd modell as well!

Then you must programming ibad with esys and navi maps via usb stick.

As say before you need to prepare HDD via ssh.
Also new HDD must have same atributes like old. Also you can use SSD too

i get VIN.bin file from hu tools to open HHD port but not working unit not restart when i connect usb

Usb doesn’t work when hdd is not initialized.
