i use ista-p to update some modules with Replaced modules selected Yes, but is something at the end i dont know what it do... see attached picture please ^^

do i need to select that setting ? what it add more ? istap dont suppose to code all ?

in case you can recommand me other options to select in the settings who i should select before i start the job tonight ^^

no you do not need to tick that box. ista will select what it needs to by it self.
