Let's see if you can give me a handle.

I have a bmw f45 that i need to retrofit the cruise control. It already has the controls on and checked that they work. When coding with esys (v3.36 with pszdata 4.13 and launcher pro 5) and the first problem I find is that I select F056 (I have 2 versions and the same thing happens with both), I connect but when reading VCM I don't get ECU , well I do a READ ECU and they all appear. I add 544 in FA (also WRITE FA FP) and I give CODE to BCD_body, KOMBI, DSC2, DDE and HU_entrynav, all give me ok. However, the cruise control does not work.

Is it possible that it is related to the fact that ECUs do not appear when reading VCM?
Am I missing some module to code?

- Read ECU is correct.
- Factory steering wheel with Multifunction button or wthout Multifunction button?
1. If factory steering wheel without Multifunction button. Need add wiring from Multifunction button to SZL, from SZL to BDC. Add 249, 544 to FA, vo code BDC, KOMBI, DSC, DME, EPS
2. If factory steering wheel with Multifunction button. No need to add wiring. Add 544 to Fa, vo code BDC, KOMBI, DSC, DME, EPS
- You should also download the latest psdzdata lite for coding, 4.13 is too old

The steering wheel had a multifunction and limiter as standard.

From what I see, I need to update pszdata and I also need to encode EPS.

You forgot to code ICM.

Does the limiter still work? Have you tried enabling cruise control while driving?

BUT you have ACSM for sure, if you have upgraded with esys check that the DME , bsc and bdc levels are the same, start with stop coding acsm
