Hi All,

Need some help on this issue I have on my 2019 W177 NTG6 Mbux Head Unit.
I have replaced the Head Unit with a 'used' one of Same Part Number, The 'Anti-Theft' protection removed. The Head Unit worked but the 'Navigation' Icon is 'missing'.
So, I have downloaded the latest Map from Mercedes Website onto USB2 stick and installed it. The Map Licence for my cars vin was purchased from Mercedes.
However, I do not have the 'Navigation' Icon on the screen...

Any Help please

Without working on the vehicle I cannot know what solutions it may have, my way of doing things is not to follow pre-established tutorials.

Do SCN online and navi will returned
No other way, except SCN online or factory new mbux.
Left this idea without this two ways

there is only one solution for this without online scn


NTG6 is more secure than the old NTG version,
so when installing maps for the first time on NTG6 it locked by VIN Number inside the database of maps, 

to fix this problem, there are 2 Solutions for doing this 

First one 

first one 1: Execute SA Code for your Car and load it to the NTG6 you use then make the car go to sleep mode for 30 minutes minimum, then car when starts will use SA to replace the VIN number 

Second one : 

Use the Routing Line and Find the MAP Database + VIN Number and delete Both 
then Navigation will ask for enter the pin map and will install it again and you able to see the Nav icon
