I'm doing a survey on FA generators.


As for many of us, the automatic creation option has disappeared from HUET and HUTOOL software, I have made 2 versions of SSD and XML software but need to enter the information manually.


What price range would you be willing to pay for a version with automatic extraction in a few seconds.


I would make an average according to the various proposals.


A demonstration video for SSD file, I will soon do the same for xml file.

still based on a single hardware license, still valid after formatting as long as there is no hardware change

Is it one time fee for the software or per FA - API services usually charge per request.

The software is based on mdecoder therefore with its limits of free vin search.


API prices are way too high. I tested about 20 fa before reaching the limit, I don't know exactly their daily limit. And I highly doubt that anyone reaches such a limit every day.

€10 max maybe if its based on free VIN decoder, cause its gonna work only as long as MDecoder gonna let you do it. And most likely they will make some changes once they notice increased number of daily requests.
If honestly its not too difficult to spend 5 mins and create FA file manually.

P.S. Would u mind to update your free SSD Creator and add a few more additional fields for Option Codes please as I had a couple occasions when I needed to add them manually from NCSExpert as VO was too long and SSD Creator had not enough fields. Thanks

Following your comment, I reworked the software, it will no longer go through a third party site, I have succeeded otherwise, without limit and there will be more possibilities which I will think about putting in place. I still have to test externally.

I try to automate everything except the battery.
